If I could rate a 0 I would. Absolutely unprofessional to make someone wait for one hour. You will be lucky if they pick up the phone or even remember to call you back. Don’t go there and if you do don’t b out her returning to them. Waste of time. I am leaving this review after 1visit and from the comments looks like they consider wasting your time normal

Absolutely terrible experience. I came 15 minutes early for my dental appointment as I was a new patient and knew there were forms to fill out. At no point did they tell me the dental typically takes longer until after I’d been waiting for 45 mins and asked what was happening. The office was a mess with sick people no masks cough i overheard people say their kid had strep and they didn’t put a mask on. I had to beg for a mask for myself to ensure i felt comfortable. I waited a full hour and 15 minutes before leaving without the appointment taking place because i couldn’t wait any longer without them providing update on how much longer. I had pre scheduled another appointment cleaning for this dentist and couldn’t cancel quick enough. Terribly run. Unless you want to spend an entire day in the waiting room of a doctor’s office i would recommend finding somewhere else to go.

I have been a patient at Alliance Community Healthcare for almost 2 years. The doctors, nurses, lab and other staff have been very patient and helpful. As a 75 year old woman who moved recently moved to the USA, I had a long and complicated medical history. This healthcare center has helped me settle in and establish care for all the different specialties and services I needed. I am very grateful to the staff at this facility for taking such good care of me. Lalita

If this place receives more than a one star review they are either lying or getting paid to post good reviews. This is the WORST doctor’s office that has ever existed. This place is extremely unprofessional! Specially the people who work the front they have no idea how to do their job. If you ever try calling them, I promise you they will NEVER pick up your call. If you show up to their office they will make you wait hours. The Dominican lady who works the front who looks unprofessional is the worst one yet. I hope these reviews help this company to either shut it down or turn over the entire front staff! I’ll be sure to post them on social media too. I waited for over an hour for them to tell me my daughters insurance was terminated and when I was given options, I was willing to provide the necessary information but the response was “well the doctor is leaving in 10mins” so the Dominican lady told me that as a parent I should’ve known this because I stated they wasted my time. Well maybe she should be trained on how to provide better customer service or she can just quit. This place needs to do better and I hope people avoid this place at all costs.

The audacity of the front desk lady to elaborate on not being late to an appointment when the same favor has not been returned. In the past I have had to wait on the exam bed naked for an hour shivering and the providers did not even acknowledge that they were late. Absolutely humiliating human experience.
